Program Name: National Technology Voicemail Alerts
Program Description: An internal operational alert system that sends an SMS notification to the business owner's own mobile phone when a voicemail is left on the company's business line. The message contains the caller's phone number so the owner can return the call.
Recipients: Messages are sent only to the business owner's pre-configured mobile number. This program does not send messages to customers, prospects, or members of the public.
Message Frequency: Variable. Messages are sent only when a voicemail is received, typically a few times per day or less.
Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply, as determined by the recipient's mobile carrier.

Opt-Out: To stop receiving messages from this program at any time, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation, after which no further messages will be sent.
